Added 4 new placeable options

• Ninja Master - throw kunai with the highest ROF in the game, can be upgraded to throw two at once
• Altar - Unlocks a screenwipe ability with a cooldown that can be reduced by placing more Altars
• Caltrops - Place on the track to deal enemies that walk over
• Bear Trap - Place on the track to ensare an enemy and deal high dmg
